They did a great job of making things both fun to navigate and manipulate, and keep it right at a good level of critical thinking to where some of the puzzles do take a few attempts to piece together before the time runs out but not so hard that you want to run to a walkthrough because it feels impossible. The gameplay involves your (recently deceased bodies) spirit inhabiting and manipulating nearby objects to both move around the scene and change it so that you can alter the fate of those in the scene. The overview of the game is that you are shot and your spirit "wakes up" without a complete memory and spends the night piecing together who he is and why he was shot. (It is also coming out soon to new consoles and PC but that is not out yet and might come with changes, so this review is not about those remastered versions.) I have played it on the DS when it came out and again on iOS, either of which does a great job of letting you play, with the iOS version being higher res and obviously much more accessible.
